Instructions

• Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
• Fill with ice and shake
• Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) or coupe glass

Andy's Top Tip - Try infusing the vodka with fresh vanilla, it really takes this drink to the next level!

To infuse the vodka:

• Split 2 vanilla pods and place in a Kilner jar or some other air-tight container
• Pour in a full bottle of vodka
• Seal the jar and leave for 7 days in a warm (not hot) place
• Give the jar a gentle shake each day
• Strain the liquid back into its original bottle through a sieve or cheese cloth to remove the pods 
• Feel free to label the bottle so you don't confuse it with regular vodka
