Instructions

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Fill with ice and shake vigorously (to really froth the pineapple juice)
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass

Andy's Top Tip - Why not throw a cheeky raspberry into the glass as a garnish, or better still a frozen raspberry, try it.
