Porn Star Martini

Literally passion in a glass!
Invented by Douglas Ankrah whilst pioneering his bar school and iconic L.A.B Bar in London and it has quite rightly become a contemporary classic.
How to make a Porn Star Martini cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 1/2 a Fresh Passion Fruit
- 35ml Vanilla Infused Vodka
- 15ml Passoa (or other suitable passion fruit liqueur)
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 50ml Champagne (served on the side)
- Garnish - 1/2 a fresh passion fruit
Instructions
- Cut the passion fruit in half, scoop the flesh from one half into a cocktail shaker, set aside the other half for the garnish
- Pour in the other ingredient (except the Champagne)
- Fill with ice and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Place the garnish in the glass
- Now pour a double shot glass full of Champagne and serve alongside the cocktail
Andy's Top Tip - Don't down the Champagne in one! Sip it, then sip the cocktail, then repeat until it's all gone... then make another obviously.
