Breakfast Martini

This is a stunning drink created by one of the true greats, and I have the privilege to say a friend and mentor.
How to make a Breakfast Martini cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon of Orange Marmalade
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Cointreau
- 50ml Gin
- Garnish - Thin strands of orange zest
Instructions
- Add the marmalade and the lemon juice into a cocktail shaker
- Andy's Top Tip - Give it a stir to help the marmalade dissolve!
- Pour in the gin and the Cointreau
- Fill with ice and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Lay the strand of orange zest into the glass in a criss-cross pattern
