How to make a Bees Knees (David Embury Variation) cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 60ml Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Honey Syrup
- 10ml Fresh Orange Juice
- Garnish - Orange Zest
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Squeeze the orange zest over the surface of the drink and then drop into the glass
