How to make a Million Dollar Cocktail cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 40ml Gin
- 15ml Sweet Vermouth
- 15ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Egg White
- 5ml Grenadine
- Garnish - Stemmed cherry
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white
- Fill with ice and shake again (wet shake)
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Add the garnish
