I love apricot as an ingredient so this is right up my street
A strong but wonderfully flavoured cocktail from Vic Bergeron's Bartender's Guide of 1972.
How to make a Bermuda Rose cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- 15ml Apricot Liqueur (not apricot brandy)
- 5ml Grenadine
- Garnish - Dried apricot on the rim of the glass
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Pop the garnish on the rim of the glass
