I love apricot as an ingredient so this is right up my street

A strong but wonderfully flavoured cocktail from Vic Bergeron's Bartender's Guide of 1972.

How to make a Bermuda Rose cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin
  • 15ml Apricot Liqueur (not apricot brandy)
  • 5ml Grenadine
  • Garnish - Dried apricot on the rim of the glass

Instructions

  • Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  • Fill with ice and shake
  • Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
  • Pop the garnish on the rim of the glass
