This fruit spectacular was created by Peter Roth for the International Bartenders Association championships.
How to make a Lady Killer cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 35mlGin
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml Apricot Liqueur (not apricot brandy)
- 100ml Passion Fruit Juice
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- Garnish - An orange wedge and a stemmed cherry
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake
- Strain into a highball glass
- Add the garnish
