An interesting variation on the classic cosmopolitan
The depth of the rum gives this cocktail a totally different edge.
How to make a White Rum Cosmo cocktail at home
Ingredients
- 35ml Bacardi
- 35ml Cranberry Juice
- 15ml Cointreau
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Garnish - A flamed orange zest
Instructions
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail (martini) glass
- Squeeze the orange zest through the flame of a lighter over the surface of the cocktail
