You don't need to be liberating an entire island to enjoy this one

Okay so it's a flash Bacardi and coke, but the fresh lime juice does make a big difference

How to make a Cuba Libre cocktail at home

Ingredients

  • 50ml Bacardi
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • Top with Coke
  • Garnish - Lime wedge in the glass

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with ice
  • Pour in the ingredients in the order listed
  • Add the garnish
  • Liberate a Caribbean island, or not, it's up to you

Andy's Top Tip - You can get your citrus kick by pouring in freshly squeezed lime juice, or you can squeeze lime wedges straight into the glass and throw them in.
